Who is Success Habits for?
Emerging leaders, roughly 22 to 40, who have been given responsibility before anyone taught them how to lead: first-time managers, team leads, small-business founders, and young people stepping up in church or community roles. We also work with organisations developing their next line of leaders. You don’t need a leadership title yet, just a willingness to grow into one.
What is the difference between coaching and mentorship?
Leadership coaching helps you turn intentions into action as a leader: confidence, decisions, habits and accountability. Mentorship helps you gain perspective and direction: your calling, your values and the big career and life decisions in front of you. If you’re not sure which you need, the Start Here form helps us point you the right way.
Is mentorship the same as counselling or therapy?
No. Our coaching and mentorship focus on mindset, direction and growth, and are not a substitute for counselling, therapy or medical care. If you are struggling with your mental health, we will encourage you to speak with a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Are the programmes online or in person?
Both. Most programmes run online with live sessions, so you can join from anywhere. Workshops and Success Habits Live take place in person in Lagos.
How long does a programme take?
Most programmes run over a few weeks, with one live session a week and practical work in between. Exact dates and length are shared when you register.
Can I book one-to-one coaching?
Yes. Fill in the Start Here form or book a free discovery call. We will talk through your goals, then recommend the programme or coaching option that fits you best.
Can you train our team or speak at our event?
Yes. We run workshops, multi-week programmes and ongoing partnerships for companies, schools, universities, churches, NGOs and youth organisations. See For organisations, or email info@successhabitscoaching.org with the date, audience size and topic you have in mind.
How do I pay, and are there group rates?
You can pay online when you book, by card, bank transfer or USSD, or by direct bank transfer. Packages are paid once and the rest of your sessions are booked later at no extra charge. Ask us about group rates for teams, organisations and friends who join together.
